Well,it started in Muallaf.I was suppose to be an extra but my mom got me a better part to play.I was Mei Ling the comma girl.It wasn't really a big part but I stuck with it anyway.Closing my eyes weren't hard of course but opening & not closing them for about half a minute was the difficult part.I practised so that I'll be ready but I ruined the take.I blinked!!I friggin' hell blinked!When my mom saw the take,she complained about my blinking but one of the crew members backed me up by saying they could just cut the blinking part out.
I was relieved & I thanked the dude for that.It was still worth it & I got my payment soon after.Nothing much there though but taking part in Talentime was the best!I had the greatest times with the talents!I've met Syafie (who played in Mukhsin back in 2007) & Mahesh before but seeing them again lightened me up!Then I was introduced to Ka Hoe,Melkinn & Pamela (who's playing as Melur) .They were great!Once I met them,I couldn't guess Ka Hoe was half chinese & japanese nor would I have guessed that Pamela is one of Vince's (he was in Akademi Fantasia once) sisters!It can be very unexpected & by hanging out with all of them,you wouldn't believe them if they said they've acted in a film before.
I just love Syafie!He's the best guy friend you can ever have!He's funny,creative & (when he knew about my talents in music) easily impressed. *laughs* I don't know Ka Hoe much but he's friendly & amusing. *smiles* Melkinn's my favourite & I won't deny it.He's funny,cute,down-to-Earth,friendly & kind.I'm most close to him no matter where we are.He's just the best & is like a little brother to me.So back to my title.Me,my cousins & their family with everyone in the crew were in this school (I'm not sure about the name) & the hall where we're going to 'perform' was HUGE!Everyone was amazing in their own creative way!
Me & my cousins (Adam & Haris) were okay 'cause all we did was recite one of William Shakespear's poem (Haris) while playing something on the piano (me) & the guitar (Adam) .I didn't enjoy it much because I thought we were such a bore!I admired the rest of the talents.I made new friends & I liked that. *giggles* They were sweet & I was much envious of what they can do like sketching,playing the guitar,sing & so many others.
When it was time for Syafie's turn,he was great!I enjoyed the song very much & Melkinn made it even better by going up on stage & copied what Syafie was doing.It was hysterical!I was pretty upset about going home but we got to stay a little longer.After the day was over,I said goodbye to everyone & hugged the talents.It was a sad day for me because we might not meet again.I even cried in the car on the way back home (I'm such a crybaby) .Well,I mostly enjoyed my time taking part in Talentime & I'll never forget the moments.
